I have lost track to get my heart back

You know i was doing things correctly , waking up early in the morning , reading dean ornish book, drinking hot water in morning then doing walk and excersises but i lost my track from past 2 months, not updating here that what to do be saved from heart attack or heart diseases.

I could clearly see the benifits of diciplined life and diet , but i got careless in between.

benifits are- Increase in patience level- really helps in day today life! , increase in stamina , improves your personality – clothes looks good on you and many more i really can’t express benifits ..

so, lets see how i come back and find inspiration …
