Imagine, A young person hospitalized due to chest pain and with other systems of heart stroke. After having treatment when you need to visit the hospital regularly for your check up. Every new person got to know your problem and asks… HEART ATTACK AT THIS AGE!!!! — It feels so distorted that you are not able to live your youth anymore.

The rate of heart attack risk is increased in youngsters that means between the age of 20-40 years. Specifically this is to be observed after Covid -19 comes in to the world, to destroy health infrastructure and exposed immunity of humans. This is observed in many countries specially like India and US.

But it’s not just the Covid – Our actions are also leading us to a deadly end as following.

depression – with many reasons but specifically that comes from jobs.

eating – Buying outside food without knowing the quality.

obesity- It is always a disease provider regardless of anything

interest blocker – blocking or stops the activities which you enjoys and makes you.

bad habits – Yes , we have to quit and we knows what is it!

I WILL KEEP WRITTING ON AS THIS IS A ROOT PROBLEM AND HAS HIDDEN OBVIOUS SOLUTIONS TO DICUSS 🙂
